We have a large inventory of equipment and supplies.  If you cannot  find what you are looking for or  have a question about an item, please call us at (800) 945-6152, Monday-Friday, 9:00am - 5pm Central Time and we will be happy to assist you.

At Bindstore.com we are committed to protecting our customers' personal information. All orders are transmitted in an encrypted format. We use 128/256 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption security, which is the highest level of security available today for secure e-commerce transactions. To be sure that your order is secure, simply check your Web browser while you are in the ordering section. There will be a symbol to alert you to the fact that you are on a secured Web site. For example, Firefox and Internet Explorer use icons, either a padlock or a key in the webpage address window or in the bottom left hand corner, that appear when the site is secured.
We will store your shipping and billing information when you create an account with us, but this information will not be used by anyone but Bindstore.com as described below in our privacy policy.
If paying by credit card, you will be required to provide the Card Identification Number (CIN) at checkout.  The CIN is a 3 or 4 digit, numeric value that provides a cryptographic check of the information embossed on the card. It is sometimes also referred to as the CCV number. This security feature is designed to protect you against consumer fraud. Your CIN will not be stored or maintained on any of our systems and you will need to provide the number every time a purchase is made on Bindstore.com.

We have established a Secure Shopping Guarantee for every transaction that you make with Bindstore.com. Should any unauthorized charges appear on your credit card as a result of shopping with Bindstore.com, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
We will cover the liability of purchases made through this web site only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own. If your bank holds you responsible for fraudulent charges, we will cover your liability up to $50.00.

Privacy

Your privacy is very important to us. Any information you supply is kept for internal use only. We never sell, trade, or share your contact or other information. We may occasionally contact you by email with promotional offers or customer service follow up. You can opt-out of these communications at any time by following the instructions in the email.

Shipping Policy

Free Shipping applies to United States, Canada, and Mexico. Call for estimate on Over Seas shipments. Most orders are shipped via United Parcel Service and are usually processed within 1-2 business days from receiving your order. However some items require special handling and other shipping methods. Please note that the shipping calculations are best estimates only and are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to contact you if there is a discrepancy with the shipping estimate and actual shipping charge before we process your order.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order.  If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us immediately about your order.  Please call (800) 945-6152 with your request. Returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase. The item(s) must be unopened, unused and in its original condition.  We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number  to return the item(s). All returns are shipped at your expense, require a Return Authorization Number and will incur a 20% restocking charge. Refunds will be credited to your charge card.
Custom and Special orders are not refundable.

Purchase Order Numbers and Terms

We accept Purchase Order Numbers from businesses, federal, state, and local government agencies. You must establish a "TERMS" account with Bindstore.com before placing an order. You will need to contact Bindstore.com at (800) 945-6152 by phone or email sales@bindstore.com prior to placing an order.  Once you receive confirmation you may submit orders that contain PO Numbers and that reflect your special billing arrangement.

Sales Tax

Bindstore.com is required to collect sales tax for purchases shipped to Texas. If you are exempt from paying sales tax in Texas, please provide your tax exempt certificate and number prior to placing your order.  Please fax:(800) 715-8227your tax certificate and we will update your account.
